Advice4All - PPI claims made sasy

PPI on Loans, Credit Cards or any Financial Agreements.

Most people aren’t aware that they have payment protection insurance (PPI). It is often added without the knowledge of the borrower and should protect them if they lose their job because of an accident, illness or redundancy. Unfortunately, when it comes to making a claim, most borrowers find that the “small print” contains exclusions that make the PPI cover worthless.

You can make a PPI Claim if:

  • Your policy did not cover the full term of the loan
  • Your policy was sold as a condition of being granted the finance
  • Your policy did not cover you as a self-employed person
  • You were not advised about the true cost of taking out PPI cover
  • The terms of the PPI policy were not properly explained to you

This is by no means an exhaustive list but just a few examples. Please call one of our experienced advisors on 0800 612 4972 or complete our quick online claim form, and we can start your PPI claim today.

You may be entitled to thousands of pounds in mis-sold PPI. If your finance is ongoing it should be noted that you can also substantially reduce your monthy payments by not paying any further PPI premiums.

Mortgage MPPI

You can reclaim thousands with MPPI claims.

If you have Payment Protection Insurance then you could be entitled to reclaim the premiums paid if:

  • You were mis sold MPPI on your mortgage
  • You weren’t told that the insurance has been added to your mortgage
  • You already had pre existing  mortgage cover
  • The costs and/or payment procedure of the MPPI policy were not properly explained to you
  • You are in the Armed Forces, a civil servant or work for the NHS.

This is by no means an exhaustive list but just a few examples

MPPI claims can command substantial reclaim compensation. Some MPPI policies are valued at up to £40,000.  Reclaiming MPPI can make a real difference to your finances.

Our dedicated Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance team can help you make your claim  today.  Call us on 0800 612 4972 or fill in our online claim form.
